Straight from the swamps of Dixie, Dixie Belle's Dixie Mud is great for Repairs, Embellishment and Special Effects.
Repairs: Dixie Mud can fill veneer, gouges, scrapes or even nail holes. Just apply. When dry, use sanding paper to smooth out, and paint right over it.
Embellishments: Place a stencil over your project and secure it with tape. Using our mud spatula, spread the mud over your stencil in an even layer. Scrape excess back into jar. Remove the tape and stencil and you have a beautiful finish.
Special Effects: Use Dixie Mud over a flat surface and use stamps, leaves or even burlap to create interested elements and effects.
